Today I want to introduce my favorite band sodagreen. It is a band established in 2001 and was composed of 6 people. The vocalist 青峰 composed most of the songs and wrote lyrics. I think the voice  of 青峰 is so special. At first, they began in singing in campus. In 2003, they sang in the sea music festival and was noticed by their broker now. In 2005, they released their first album and was finalisted by 金曲獎. They released two albums《小宇宙》and《無與倫比的美麗》in the next two years. The songs in it made them more and more famous.

In 2009, they announced the Vivaldi Plan started, they would visited four cities Taitung, London, Beijing, Berlin in two years and record four albums which are in topic of four seasons. In 2014, they started their concert around the world. In 2016, they was given many awards in 金曲獎, including the best band and the best Chinese album. They will soon rest for 3 years and I am looking forward to listening to their new work!

After winning the second place in the singing contest 我是歌手2, as the introduction last time, GEM 

became well-known in whole China. She started her concert over the world "X.X.X. Live concert" in 2013, and held a concert in Taipei Arena for the first time. The tickets were sold out in just 4 hours. In 2013, she also start the "piano session" , which is a series of covered songs and both sung and accompanied in piano by her, including the song 我的秘密 and 偶爾. In 2014, she covered the song 喜歡你, and now it is the song that has been viewed the most time of Cantonese song in youtube.

In 2015, she released a new album 新的心跳, which is the first one that all songs in it are composited and written lyrics by her. The song 再見 and 多遠都要在一起 is the most famous, especially the song 再見 was viewed over 30 million times in only 322 days.  In 2016, she released her firstphoto album 《25 looks》. Hope that she will composite more songs in the future and I will support her forever!!

Today I would like to introduce GEM about her performance in the contest 我是歌手2. In first round , she sang her most famous song 泡沫. At that time she was not so famous in China. Many people didn't know her. In the second round, she sang the song 存在 and shocked the audience. The powerful and penetrating performance guaranteed her the second place and the people in China started to notice her. In third and fourth round, she sang the songs 你把我灌醉 and 我要我們在一起 respectively. The high quality of singing and fantastic voice made her win the champion in this two round. In the sixth round she sang the Cantonese song 喜歡你 and win the champion again. Plus the tenth round, where she sang the song Falling. She has win four champion in the contest, being the first people to achieve it. Although she was defeated by the singer 韓磊 in the end, but she was known by the whole China, and win "the champion voted by people online". Next week is the last part of introduction of GEM~~

GEM鄧紫棋─香港巨肺小天后 PART1

Finally I am going to introduce my favorite singer 鄧紫棋, whose nickname is G.E.M. The name G.E.M. means"get everybody moving", which is an expectation for herself. She released her first album 《G.E.M.》and was given many rookie awards. She was only 18 years old then, just as we are, but attracted many people's attention in HongKong already. In the beginning, most of her compositions are Cantonese. The most famous one is the song 《睡公主》,which is also the song she sang in a contest that she got the first place. She was known for wide range of pitch and fantastic skills of  singing. After she made her debut in 2008, she got into fame in HongKong and was praised by many older singers. The media called her "巨肺小天后". She released two albums 《18...》and 《MySecret》in the next two years. In 2011, she held concerts in many country, and held 5 concerts in HongKong Coliseum, being the youngest to achieve it.

In 2012, she released another album 《Xposed》, the song in it 《泡沫》is her most famous song, also her favorite one. She also finalisted the most popular female singer in GMA by 《Xposed》. At that moment, she was well-known in HongKong. After joining the singing contest 《我是歌手2》, she became well-known in all China. The introduction for her will continue next week~

Shila Amzah─令人驚豔的異國聲音

Today I'd like to introduce a singer from Malaysia named Shila Amzah. I know her in 我是歌手 at first. The moment I first hear her voice I was shocked by her awesome trasformation of genuine voice and falsetto. Her father is also a singer that is famous in Malaysia named ND lala. She has admitted that she was afraid of being in front of camera. Bacause of this, she was frustrated in her way to be a good actress, and finally become a singer.
She joined in 我是歌手2 in 2014. Although she is unable to say Cliinese very well then, she use the fascinating to conquer the audience all the time. The song I like the most is 《Listen》. Her voice is not so deep or high-pitch but very penetrating. She also sang many Chinese songs in the contest, but most of her songs in albums are English.  Hope that she can sing more Chinese songs!!

音樂精靈─蘇運瑩

Today I want to introduce a singer from China named 蘇運瑩. She is a singer that rises to fame suddenly recently. In 2015, she joined a singing contest 《中國好歌曲》. At first round, she sang a song composited by her own named《野子》, and got all the audience crazy. Finally she chose 蔡健雅 as her tutor and got the second place in the contest.

She said that she has loved singing since childhood. Born in a village near sea, the natural environment inspired her a lot in music composition. She was known for special pronounciation method, which make her voice sound so fascinating. She released her first album 《冥明》on December. I think she is a singer that still have much possibility and I am looking forward to her new work!

李榮浩─不可多得的創作奇才

Today I want to introduce the singer 李榮浩 from China. Like most singers, he started his singing life with composition of songs. After many years of struggling, his talent of composition was known by more and more people. At the same time, he also made albums for many famous singers, which was a job behind the stage. Rumor has that he has joined the singing contest program 中國好歌曲, but no tutor turned around, which meaned he failed in the first round. However, nothing can conceal his gift to be a singer, In 2013, he released his first album《模特》and became a singer formally. he was shortlisted for 金曲獎 for five items by 《模特》and finally won the  rookie award.

He then released two albums《李榮浩》and 《有理想》in the following two years and turned to be more and more popular after the competition "I am a singer 3". He is known for deep and low voice and specialty of the melody composited  by him. I think 李榮浩 can be seen as a genius of composer, and it's a coincidence that there is a song of him named "composer"!!

李佳薇─兼具高亢與溫柔的聲音

Today I want to introduce the singer named 李佳薇(Jess Lee) from Maylasia. Learning vocal music since eight years old, she is known for high and wide pitch in her singer life. Jess is also good at Chinese folk songs and Western opera. After immigrating into Taiwan, she participated in the singing contest 超級星光大道 season 7, and get full scores for four times in a row as the only one in the program.

In 2001, she released her first album《感謝愛人》, and got into fame in a sudden because of the title song 〈煎熬〉. In this song, she performed in 16-degree-crossing wide pitch in chamsori. Everyone is astonished in her performance. Aside from high-pitch style, she also showed her strong emotion and delicate skills of controling a song, which made her album a bestseller. In 2015, she participated in 《我是歌手》. Although she failed in the first round, she was known to Chinese more commonly. Because of her effort and music basis, she has a stand in singing and many people like her now.

薛之謙 ─ 終嘗爆紅滋味的真正歌者

Today, I'd like to introduce the singer 薛之謙 as the beginning of the blog. He is a Chinese and is born in Shanghai. After graduating from senior high, he went to Switzerland to study for hotel management. But he came back to China soon because of his passion for music and desiration to be a singer. Fortunately, he was found by a starmaker in street one day, but the agreement is established by an actor identity. In front of the screen he kept working on how to make the audience laugh and how to write a good playscript. Although he gots more and more popular, he still remember the dream of being a singer.

Because of the agreement, 薛之謙 can only perform as an actor identity and using his own savings to produce and release albums. In 2006, a song 《認真的雪》made him suddenly rise to fame. In 2015, he got rid of the agreement and became a "true" singer. Owing to his effort and striving, he finally finish his dream and keep composing a lot of enchanting songs.
